Chris Richards

Technical Director

Chris graduated from Northumbria University and went on to gain over 15 years of experience within the construction and engineering industry. He is a professional member of the Engineering Council and a technical member of the Institute of Civil Engineers. Chris acts as Design Coordinator and runs the day-to-day operating of the business. In his spare time, Chris enjoys sailing, cooking and spending time with his two children.

Kevin H

Systems Director

Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at Newcastle University and then studied at Durham University postgrad. From a computer science background, Kevin looks after the behind the scenes aspects of the business, including maintaining systems, the website and looking after financial aspects. Kevin is passionate about retro computing and is an avid reader.

Caroline

Project Administrator

Caroline graduated from Sunderland University with a degree in Media Studies with Marketing. She has 14 years of extensive experience working in marketing administration and a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry from growing up with the family business. Outside of work, Caroline’s time is mostly spent with her two children. They enjoy their family trips to the Lake District and holiday adventures.

Joe

Project Manager

Joe graduated from Teesside University with a HNC in Civil Engineering whilst gaining valuable industry experience in AutoCAD and Revit. With a strong eye for detail, Joe loves the design and creativity aspect of his job. In his spare time Joe loves to experiment with cooking, enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Asal

Project Manager

Asal earned a BSc(Hons) in Architectural Technology from Robert Gordon University, where he gained great experience preparing planning permission and building warrant drawings. He is passionate about design and is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Outside of work, Asal loves going to the gym and spending time friends and family.

Mike

Senior Structural Engineer

Mike graduated from The University of Liverpool with a B.Eng degree in Civil Engineering, he then went on to to gain an M.Sc degree in Civil & Structural Engineering. Mike has experience carrying out design work for a wide range of construction projects from new build structures to conversions, alterations, extensions and remedial work to existing structures. Outside work, Mike enjoys urban exploration and photography, he also appreciates a good film and frequents the cinema.

Kevin S

Senior Architect

An ARB registered architect for 20 years, and a RIBA member, Kevin has worked in the profession for 40 years in private practice and local authorities; designing housing, schools, public buildings, and commercial projects from inception to completion, as well as leading on some interesting conservation projects. Kevin enjoys reading history, listening to music. He also has a love of nature and often goes on family walks.

Tara

Part II Architectural Assistant

Tara graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a BA(Hons) in Architecture and has experience in the private residential sector. She is currently studying to obtain her Master of Architecture degree whilst working part-time. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading and painting.
